3. Communication Terms

By submitting your contact info, you consent to receive messages via SMS and/or email. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• No spamming, harassment, or abuse of our communication tools
• No unlawful use of our property management systems

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Twilio, CRMs) to operate messaging and support services. Use of those tools is subject to their privacy and compliance terms.

6. Liability

Savant Homes LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. All services are provided “as is.”

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or for any operational necessity.
